This privacy policy applies to The Junk Squad ("we", "us", "our"). Our contact email is info@thejunksquad.co.uk. We are registered waste carriers with the Environment Agency and are based across London and Surrey, United Kingdom.

2. What personal data we collect

When you submit a quote form, contact us by email, or book a collection, we collect: your full name, email address, phone number, postcode, and any description or photo you send us related to the waste you need cleared.

3. How we use your data

Your personal data is used solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a quotation, carry out the booked waste removal service, issue invoices and waste transfer notes, and — only where you've explicitly consented — send occasional service-related updates.

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share contact details with our directly-employed waste removal crews solely to carry out a booked service. Waste transfer notes are issued via licensed transfer stations and retained as required by UK environmental law.

5. How long we keep your data

Quote enquiries are kept for 12 months. Booked jobs and associated invoices and waste transfer notes are kept for a minimum of 2 years as required by the Environmental Protection Act 1990, and 6 years for tax records.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, or to withdraw consent, email info@thejunksquad.co.uk and we will respond within one calendar month.
