Price Lock Guarantee

1. What the Price Lock Guarantee covers

The quote we confirm with you in writing — whether by email, WhatsApp, or text message — is the price you will pay on completion. This includes all labour, loading, fuel, travel, licensed disposal fees, and the digital waste transfer note. No hidden extras will ever be added after the quote has been agreed.

2. When a price may be revised

Our quote is based on the description and photographs you provide. If the actual volume, weight, or type of waste differs materially from what was described on arrival, our crew will always agree a revised price with you before any work begins. Nothing is ever removed without your explicit, in-person agreement.

If you're not happy with the revised on-site price, you are under no obligation to proceed and there will be no call-out charge.

3. Payment methods accepted

Payments can be made by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) on arrival via our mobile card terminal, by BACS bank transfer before or on completion, or by cash with a signed handwritten receipt. Card payments are processed through a fully PCI-DSS compliant provider — no card details are ever stored by The Junk Squad.

4. Data security

Any personal data you send us through the website, email, WhatsApp, or SMS is held securely and used only to respond to your enquiry, carry out the booked service, and issue invoices and waste transfer notes. For full details see our separate Privacy Policy.
