Licensed waste removal, run by one in-house crew
We are The Junk Squad — an Upper Tier licensed waste carrier based in Norbury, south London. We own our vans, employ our crews, and answer the phone ourselves.
From a single sofa to a full house clearance, we collect it, sort it, and dispose of it legally — with a waste transfer note whenever you need one.

A registered waste carrier, not a man with a van
The Junk Squad is a family-run waste removal company covering London and Surrey. We are registered with Companies House as THE JUNK SQUAD LTD (16629394) and hold an Upper Tier waste carrier licence from the Environment Agency (CBDU605793). That licence is what allows a business to legally transport and dispose of the waste it collects — if the crew at your door cannot produce one, your rubbish is being fly-tipped.
We run our own tipper vans and employ our crews directly. Nobody on your job is a subcontractor you have never met, and the price we quote is the price you pay.
Alongside waste removal we keep an in-house plumbing team on call for 24/7 emergency cover, so landlords and letting agents can put both jobs through one company instead of chasing two.
How a collection works
Three steps, no site visit required, and no surprises added on the day.
Send us a photo
WhatsApp or upload a photo of what needs to go. Two minutes is usually all it takes for us to price it accurately.
Get a fixed price
We reply with a fixed price and a slot — same-day where we can. No call-out fee, no weight surcharges, no extras on the day.
We collect and dispose legally
Our crew loads everything, sweeps the space, and takes it to a licensed transfer station. Ask for the waste transfer note and we will send it.
